Bruce Mendenhall

Began training with Bill Witt sensei at Aikido of San Francisco in 1977. Moved to Japan in 1979 to live as an in-house student (uchideshi) at the Iwama dojo in Ibaraki Prefecture Japan.

Received 4th degree blackbelt (Yondan) from  Saito Morihiro Shihan in 1988.
